As you enter the spacious salon your eyes are immediately drawn to the custom blue sectional sofa and massive floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in tons of natural light and accent the light-colored walls and dark, wood accents. In addition to the sectional, there is also a love seat and 2 armchairs to starboard providing ample seating for all guests on board. The custom cabinetry in the dining room is a one-of-a-kind piece that makes this 27 Metri unique. The color palette is all tied together throughout the vessel with beautiful linens, throw pillows, and table decor that will wow your friends and/or charter guests. 

The galley is to port as you make your way through the dining area. There is also access from the side deck directly into the galley so the crew can easily service the exterior of the vessel without disrupting guests in the salon or dining room.  Upon entering the galley there is a coffee bar/service area with additional counter space and a wine fridge. The galley itself will be the envy of all chefs as it features lots of counter space for preparation,  2 massive Siemens fridges/freezers, a large oven and cooktop, and ample storage throughout. There is also an additional freezer in the garage for extended trips.   

As you make your way down the starboard side of the vessel from the salon you will notice another set of glass doors that lead to the starboard side deck giving easy access to the spacious bow seating area. To your left are stairs to the pilothouse/flybridge and then additional steps leading down to the 4 lower staterooms. These two stairways are stunning examples of the craftsmanship we have all come to love and expect from the builder. Each step is a light-colored marble slab that is backlit to create a true work of art. Just forward is access to the day head and eventually to the stunning on-deck master.   

The exterior of the vessel leaves nothing to be desired and has 3 distinct areas for entertaining. The cockpit has a large U-shaped seating area that can easily accommodate 8-10 people with a sunscreen that electronically drops behind for privacy. The original cabinet to starboard was removed and replaced with a custom cabinet that has a large Scotsman ice maker and an alkaline water dispenser to refill bottles. To port is the molded staircase that leads to the massive flybridge that has been completely transformed with a custom jacuzzi, propane BBQ station, and color-changing LED lights. There is an additional dining area and a large bar that has additional refrigeration and an ice maker. The entire forward section of the flybridge is fully enclosed with EZ2CY panels ensuring all guests and the captain stay dry in inclement weather.

The bow area on 4 Play is just as impressive as the bridge and features an additional U-shaped seating area with an electronic clamshell shade as well as a massive sun pad forward.   

Just steps down from the cockpit is where all the fun begins. The large garage opens up to create a huge swim platform and access to all of the floats and water toys. 4 Play is outfitted with SUPs, a floating dock, beach gear, a Yamaha jet ski, inflatables, and much more. She also has a new 2024 Key West 24 ft.  CC with a towing eye and harness that is available for purchase. The jet ski is stored in the garage and leaves tons of additional room to store extra provisions as well as the other water toys.   

 4 Play was recently outfitted with Starlink which allows you to stay connected and not miss a beat when at sea. She has a robust SONOS sound system that is independently controlled in each area of the vessel including a separate zone for each stateroom. Her Simrad electronics package has everything an experienced captain would need and she handles effortlessly with a joystick control, hydraulic bow, and stern thrusters. She also has fin stabilizers that keep the passengers and crew comfortable in rough conditions. 

• The salon on 4 Play boasts a spacious seating area with a custom-made sectional sofa to port, 2 arm chairs to starboard, and an additional love seat aft.
• The light wood floors and walls are accented beautifully with dark trim and pops of blue and white decor.
• The recessed ceiling gives dimension to the room and conceals the SONOS speakers and drop-down flatscreen.

• The galley is very spacious for an 88-foot yacht and has ample refrigeration and freezer space in 2 large Siemens side-by-side units.
• There is also an additional deep freezer in the garage for extended trips.
• There is lots of counter space and an additional coffee bar area as you enter the galley with a Miele wine fridge and microwave below the counter. 
• Side deck access and service to the exterior areas is easy through the sliding door on the port side.
• The dining area can be completely closed off with the pocket doors to port and starboard giving the owner and guests complete privacy.
• There is a double basin sink and a large oven, cooktop and dishwasher forward. 
• Lots of natural light floods the space with a skylight above and an additional side window built into the cabinets over the sink. 

• The companionway steps down to the lower staterooms are a work of art.
• The marble steps are illuminated and wrap-around as you make your way down to the 4 lower guest staterooms.

• The starboard, guest stateroom forward has a queen berth with a mix of light and dark wood tones.

• The port and starboard staterooms, aft are mirror images of each other and both feature king-size berths with massive hull side windows at the head.

• The natural light filters through both the stateroom and the en-suite and highlights the beautiful marble and stainless accents.
